1. Acceptance

By accessing or using k-deco (deco.krokanti.com), operated by Krokanti Games SL, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You must sign in via Krokanti Account (SSO) to use k-deco beyond the free tier. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices are in EUR and may be updated with 30 days notice.

4. AI-Generated Content

Images generated by k-deco are created using AI models and are provided as-is. You retain full ownership and commercial usage rights to images generated from your uploads on paid plans. Free-tier images include a watermark. We do not guarantee that generated images will be accurate, appropriate, or free of artifacts.

5. Image Upload Rules

You may only upload images that you have the right to use. Do not upload images containing: illegal content, personally identifiable information of others without consent, copyrighted material you do not own, or content that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass rate limits, or abuse the API.
Resell or redistribute the service without authorization.
Use automated tools to scrape or overload the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

The k-deco platform, branding, and technology are owned by Krokanti Games SL. You retain rights to your uploaded images and generated outputs. The AI models used are licensed from third parties (Replicate) and subject to their terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

k-deco is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. Krokanti Games SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the registered office of Krokanti Games SL.
